The park was quiet and well-maintained, offering a nice shuttle service to the nearby casino, although walking there is also an option. I appreciated the convenience and the proximity to activities in Red Bluff. However, the bathrooms were quite a distance from the RV spots, which was inconvenient. Also, I noticed some lingering concerns about the cats that were left behind from the FEMA trailers. It was heartwarming to see fellow visitors trying to help them, but it remains an unsettling situation.

Rooms
7.0
The RV spots were decent, though further from the bathrooms, making it a bit less convenient.
Service
8.0
The shuttle service to the casino was great and added to the guest experience.
Location
9.0
The park is well-situated for a trip to the casino and has a nice, quiet ambiance, away from the noise.
Dining
7.0
I explored some local eateries like Casa Ramose and enjoyed a nice lunch, although dining options at the lodge were missed.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were adequate, but the distance to the bathrooms was a downside.

6.8/10

The Lodge at Rolling Hills Casino offers a decent spot with competitive prices, especially if you plan to enjoy the casino. The recent updates to the rooms are nice, but I really miss the buffet options from before. The noise level can be bothersome, especially in the morning hours. Overall, it's a convenient option if you want to mix a stay with some gaming fun.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms have been nicely updated, especially the bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. However, they placed us close to the lobby, which meant I could hear chatter early in the morning.
Service
6.0
I found the service to be decent, but there were a few issues with available facilities that were disappointing.
Location
9.0
It's conveniently located right off the highway and very close to the casino, which I appreciated during my stay.
Dining
5.0
I was disappointed to find there were no buffet offerings, which had been a highlight during my previous visits. The food options were limited.
Facilities
5.0
While the Lodge has some appealing aspects, the lack of amenities like a working shower facility and the limited dining options really dragged down the experience for me.

6.0/10

The RV park is well-maintained and offers a quiet atmosphere away from the highway, which I appreciated. The shuttle to the casino is a nice touch, but walking there is also an option. However, the bathrooms were quite a trek from the RV spots, which was inconvenient. Additionally, it's troubling to see some abandoned cats left by previous residents; it's something that needs attention.

Rooms
7.0
The RV spots were easy to access with pull-thru options available. However, the distance to the bathrooms was a drawback.
Service
6.0
There wasn't much interaction with the staff, but they seemed friendly enough when I did see them.
Location
7.0
The location is decent, being close to the casino and offering a quiet setting, but the signage could be better for easier navigation.
Dining
5.0
I didn't utilize the dining options at the RV park, but the nearby casino offered some choices.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities are basic, with few amenities aside from the casino. The shower situation also felt a bit overpriced.

6.6/10

The RV park has some nice aspects like being well-maintained and relatively quiet, which I appreciated. The added convenience of a shuttle to the casino is also a plus. However, the shower fees are outrageous at $15, and regular prices seem to be on the rise for RV spots. The situation with the cats left behind is quite concerning and detracts from the experience.

Rooms
5.0
The RV sites are gravel, and while they are functional, they certainly looked worn down. We did have basic amenities like electricity and water.
Service
7.0
I didn't interact much with the staff, but I didn’t have any major issues.
Location
8.0
The park is conveniently located near the highway and close enough to walk to the casino, which makes it a decent spot.
Dining
7.0
I didn’t eat at the dining facilities this time, but I did hear the patty melt at the casino lounge is quite good.
Facilities
6.0
The park offers good facilities, but the shower charge is just unreasonable. They also had FEMA trailers there with cats needing help.

5.0/10

I had a mixed experience at the RV park behind the truck stop. The convenience of pull-through sites with 50 amp service was nice, but I found the amenities limited, and the cost felt a bit high for what was offered. The $15 charge for showers was particularly frustrating. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again based on the overall value.

Rooms
5.0
The RV sites were gravel, and while they provided electricity and water, the overall setup wasn't ideal.
Service
5.0
The check-in process at the gas station was straightforward, but the additional fees felt unreasonable.
Location
6.0
The location behind the truck stop was convenient for an overnight stay but not ideal for anything longer.
Dining
Facilities
5.0
Amenities were minimal, primarily just proximity to the casino, which didn’t add much value for the price.
